The headquarters of our client is located in the center of Amsterdam, within a radius of 500 meters from the central station. The company has been operating in the jewelry industry for years, offering both B2B and B2C services. We are looking for logistics talents who are willing to take responsibility and are prepared to develop within this company. For those suitable for the position of "logistics operator," there is an opportunity to be directly employed by the client.
What will you do?
The employee starts the day with coffee and discusses the action plan for the entire day. Then, you prepare orders for the client based on the order (print or digital order). It is important that you can quickly remember product codes while processing orders - some parts are very small (small jewelry components or watch parts), so it is important that you are skilled in reading codes. Additionally, the orders need to be processed in the system - this will also be part of your tasks after the training period. You will work alongside other operators in a relatively small space, so it is important that you can work well in a team and have a positive attitude towards your work and your teammates.
Requirements:
VOG or willingness to apply for it,
Knowledge of the English language and at least a basic level of the Dutch language,
Positive attitude,
Multitasking,
Computer skills,
Willingness to work at least 32 hours per week,
Flexibility.
